Orchestra Nazionale della Luna’s 3rd CD will be released in April 2024, on the BMC label, with a vinyl license on Igloo Records.
” The Lotus Path”, a duet recorded with Christine Ott on Ondes Martenot, will be released by Igloo in September 2024, digitally and probably in a limited edition too.
-The CD by the TASSIN-HERMIA-JORIS trio will be released, also on the Igloo label, in December 2024. Contemporary blues spiced up with all kinds of influences.
Following the artistic research grant awarded by FRart, I’ll be releasing a book on Rajazz in autumn 2024. It will be presented at the Brussels Conservatory, as well as at the Forum de la Création Musicale, and will launch a call for scores based on this musical theory, spread over the following year.
Slang will celebrate its 25th anniversary in 24-25, with two tours of Belgium.
Old CDs will be re-released on digital platforms to mark the occasion.
In another register, that of global music, HERMIA-LELEUX : METANOÏA will release their duo album, around March 2025.
The trio DARRIFOURCQ-HERMIA-CECCALDI are already working on their third repertoire, and the new CD should also be out in 2025, on the Hector/Full Rhizome label.
A digital series called “ONE NIGHT STANDS” will be released in 2025, produced by Igloo. It will feature live and/or studio recordings of unique musical encounters. The idea is to broadcast 3 to 4 episodes a year. The aesthetic here will be resolutely free and libertarian, essentially based on free improvisations.
Another digital series called “RAJAZZ SERIE” will be released at the same time, also produced by Igloo, and co-produced by Jackal Productions. This series will draw exclusively on the various creations born of research into rajazz, but may touch on all kinds of musical styles, as long as the musical material used is exclusively, or essentially, that of rajazz.
